With the longest work day in history behind me, I'm now recuperating with wine, pumpkin pie, and Hocus Pocus.  But before I delve into the tale of the Sanderson sisters, I wanted to share with you the breakfast my roomate and I made on Sunday in the spirit of Halloween.

This is the recipe we used.  I'll be honest and say the texture seemed a bit off--my roomate suggests it was the pumpkin purée.  But I did enjoy the flavor; they were incredibly sweet but the pumpkin flavor was not too overwhelming.   Try them out and let me know what you think!
